The role of design is shifting from form-giving to strategy-giving, requiring cross-disciplinary and integrative skills. The course aims to develop research opportunities in System (Service) Design across departments, preparing students and faculty for the future and advancing innovation. Using 4 core activities of service design, students experienced and learned about system design before developing artifacts or products.

PROTOTYPING - The Future User Journey Map, Desktop Walkthrough, Idea Sketches, and Wireframe 
VALIDATING IDEAS - Co-working with stakeholders to generate more ideas and collect feedback
