Led the development and implementation of a new Master of Fine Arts (MFA) program in Graphic Design. This initiative involved close collaboration with faculty members to author a comprehensive graduate program proposal that was successfully launched in the fall of 2016. The curriculum was designed to emphasize interdisciplinary exploration and creative problem-solving, preparing students for the evolving landscape of design. In my role, I was responsible for recruiting students, advising on graduate research projects, mentoring junior faculty, and establishing professional partnerships to enhance student learning experiences.
